Everyone calls me Slick and since I love boating it’s only fitting to have a website called SlickBoating.com.
Have you ever fall headfirst into something because you can’t get enough of it? I have and it’s boating.
I didn’t set out to build a website about boats, it’s more or less a place where I could put my thoughts and research so that others could find it.
I noticed there was a lack of knowledge on my favorite boats like Jet Boats online. Sure, you have several forums filled with great advice but sometimes you need more. That is what I’m trying to do here.
Boating Experience
I have an interesting history with boats. Not only have I owned some but I also lived out a dream to work at a few boat dealerships.
Yup, I have inside scoops on what goes on behind the scenes when you buy a boat.
I’ve even worked on and maintained several boats for friends and customers. I’m more of an “expert” on Jet Boats but have been known to work on a bow rider a time or two. I don’t like calling myself an expert because it I still feel like I’m an average guy. There exist people who know less about boats than I do and for them, I created this website.
There is a lot to learn when it comes to owning a boat. It’s quite scary especially when there is a lack of information online. This is very true for certain boats like Jet Boats, Pontoons, Jet Skis, and so many more.
